class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e34\u7ea6\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u7b80\u77ed\u7684\u5408\u540c\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a 2 \u81f3 4 \u9875\uff09\uff0c\u7528\u4f5c\u8bb0\u5f55\u7269\u4e1a\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul Kong\uff09\u53ca\u6240\u6709\u4fe1\u8a89\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5730\u4ea7\u4ee3\u7406\u5747\u5f3a\u70c8\u5efa\u8bae\uff1a<strong>\u521d\u59cb\u5b9a\u91d1\uff08\u7ec6\u5b9a\uff09\u5e94\u62ac\u5934\u5f00\u7ed9\u5356\u65b9\u5f8b\u5e08\u697c\uff0c\u5e76\u6ce8\u660e\u7531\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u201c\u6682\u7ba1\u4eba\u201d\uff08Stakeholder\uff0c\u5373\u9999\u6e2f\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f53\u7cfb\u4e2d\u7684\u6258\u7ba1\u6982\u5ff5\uff09<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7ec6\u5b9a\u901a\u5e38\u4e3a\u7269\u4e1a\u6210\u4ea4\u4ef7\u7684 3% \u81f3 5%\uff0c\u4e70\u65b9\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u672c\u7968\uff08Cashier&#8217;s Order\uff09\u6216\u94f6\u884c\u8f6c\u8d26\u65b9\u5f0f\u652f\u4ed8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u91cd\u8981\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6982\u5ff5\uff1a\u5fc5\u4e70\u5fc5\u5356<\/strong> \u5f53\u53cc\u65b9\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u6b63\u5f0f\u4e70\u5356\u5408\u7ea6\uff08FSPA \/ \u6b63\u7ea6\uff09\u5e76\u8865\u8db3\u4f59\u4e0b\u5b9a\u91d1\uff08\u4ee4\u603b\u5b9a\u91d1\u8fbe\u5230\u6210\u4ea4\u4ef7\u7684 10%\uff09\u540e\uff0c\u5408\u540c\u901a\u5e38\u4f1a\u8f6c\u4e3a**\u201c\u5fc5\u4e70\u5fc5\u5356\u201d\uff08Specific Performance\uff09**\u6027\u8d28\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u9636\u6bb5\u540e\uff0c\u82e5\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u65b9\u65e0\u6545\u53cd\u6094\u9000\u51fa\uff0c\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u53ef\u5165\u7980\u6cd5\u5ead\u5f3a\u5236\u6267\u884c\u5408\u540c\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u7269\u4e1a\u8d2c\u503c\u65f6\u8ffd\u8ba8\u65e0\u9650\u989d\u7684\u635f\u5931\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e34\u7ea6\u540e\u4f1a\u53d1\u751f\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e8b\uff1f<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5728\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e34\u7ea6\u540e\u7684 <strong>14 \u5929\u5185<\/strong>\uff0c\u53cc\u65b9\u5fc5\u987b\u7b7e\u7f72\u6b63\u5f0f\u4e70\u5356\u5408\u7ea6\uff08FSPA \/ \u6b63\u7ea6\uff09\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u6bb5\u671f\u95f4\u5185\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u6b63\u5f0f\u59d4\u6258\u4ee3\u8868\u5f8b\u5e08\uff0c\u5e76\u5411\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u5df2\u7b7e\u7f72\u7684\u4e34\u7ea6\u526f\u672c\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u60a8\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u5f8b\u5e08\u5c06\u5f00\u59cb\u5bf9\u8be5\u7269\u4e1a\u8fdb\u884c\u67e5\u518c\uff08Title Searches\uff09\u53ca\u5c3d\u804c\u8c03\u67e5\uff08Due class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u7531\u4e8e\u4e34\u7ea6\u5177\u5907\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6548\u529b\uff0c\u4e14\u60a8\u7684\u5b9a\u91d1\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u6ca1\u6536\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u7b7e\u7f72\u524d\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u6838\u5b9e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u4e8b\u9879\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u5356\u65b9\u662f\u5426\u4e3a\u5408\u6cd5\u4e1a\u4e3b\uff1f<\/strong> \u5c3d\u53ef\u80fd\u6838\u5bf9\u8be5\u7269\u4e1a\u5728\u571f\u5730\u6ce8\u518c\u5904\uff08Land Registry\uff09\u7684\u767b\u8bb0\u7eaa\u5f55\uff0c\u6216\u8981\u6c42\u60a8\u7684\u5730\u4ea7\u4ee3\u7406\u8fdb\u884c\u786e\u8ba4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u5173\u4e8e\u201c\u89c6\u4e4e\u6309\u63ed\u5ba1\u6279\u7ed3\u679c\u201d\u6761\u6b3e\uff08Subject to Finance Clauses\uff09<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u4e0e\u67d0\u4e9b\u6d77\u5916\u5730\u533a\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c<strong>\u201c\u89c6\u4e4e\u6309\u63ed\u5ba1\u6279\u7ed3\u679c\u201d\u6761\u6b3e<\/strong>\uff08\u5373\u5982\u679c\u4e70\u5bb6\u65e0\u6cd5\u83b7\u5f97\u94f6\u884c\u6309\u63ed\uff0c\u5141\u8bb8\u5176\u65e0\u6761\u4ef6\u53d6\u6d88\u4ea4\u6613\u5e76\u9000\u8fd8\u5b9a\u91d1\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\uff09\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u4e34\u7ea6\u4e2d<strong>\u5e76\u975e\u5e38\u89c4\u6761\u6b3e<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u6ca1\u6709\u52a0\u5165\u6b64\u6761\u6b3e\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u4e34\u7ea6\uff0c\u800c\u968f\u540e\u60a8\u7684\u6309\u63ed\u7533\u8bf7\u88ab\u94f6\u884c\u62d2\u7edd\uff0c\u60a8\u4ecd\u7136\u5fc5\u987b\u5c65\u884c\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u5426\u5219\u5c06\u9762\u4e34\u88ab\u6ca1\u6536\u5b9a\u91d1\uff08\u4e34\u7ea6\u9636\u6bb5\uff09\u751a\u81f3\u88ab\u8ffd\u8ba8\u5dee\u4ef7\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u4e8b\u5b9e\u4e0a\uff0c\u4e00\u624b\u65b0\u76d8\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\u5546\u7edd\u5bf9\u4e0d\u4f1a\u63a5\u53d7\u8fd9\u9879\u6761\u6b3e\uff1b\u800c\u5728\u4e8c\u624b\u5e02\u573a\u4e2d\uff0c\u5356\u5bb6\u4e5f\u51e0\u4e4e\u4ece\u4e0d\u7b54\u5e94\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
