• Third-Party Content: Listings are provided by estate agents, property owners and/or other third parties, which have not been independently verified by us. We make no representation of and do not guarantee the accuracy of listing details, prices, or availability.

3. User Obligations & Conduct

When using our portal, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory information.
• Scrape, crawl, or spider any page of the Site using manual or automated means.
• Use the Site for any fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Interfere with the proper working of the platform or bypass any security measures.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of PropMark or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

5. Listings and Accuracy

PropMark strives to maintain high-quality data. However:

• Verification: It is the responsibility of the user to verify the authenticity of any listing and the credentials of any estate agent.
• Estate Agents Ordinance: Licensed agents using this platform are responsible for ensuring their listings comply with the Estate Agents Ordinance (Cap. 511), as well as other applicable laws and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the largest extent permissible by laws:

• We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the Site.
• We are not responsible for disputes between users (e.g., between a buyer and a seller or a tenant and a landlord).
